A member of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers and a recipient of the SAQ Excellence and Perseverance grant, Colin is one of the rising stars of the Canadian wine scene. His young age disguises an encyclopedic knowledge of Canadian and international vintages, enriched at some of Montreal’s best restaurants, including Hotel Herman, Au Pied de Cochon and M.Mme, and as commis sommelier at the Michelin-starred, Jean Sulpice, in Val Thorens, France.
